3. Patients change their medicine regimens without consulting their physicians
4. “Ramadan syndrome” can include gastrointestinal disorders, physical fatigue, etc etc.

Thanks shafiur. I’d hazard a guess that the reason why the number of traffic accidents rise in Ramadan in Saudi is because all the “miskeen” drivers take their holidays in Ramadan. Leaving the cars to their Saudi “maliks” to, erm, drive.
